How to record Thursday Night Football on Amazon Prime

In the past, Amazon Prime Video did not have a DVR. Since most of its content was on-demand and not live, there wasn’t really a purpose for it.

However, since the new Thursday Night Football deal, Amazon has been working overtime to launch a brand-new DVR feature which will allow you to record all your favorite games.

While watching live games, you’ll be able to pause and rewind up to 15 minutes back. But if you want to go further than that, you’ll need to record the game.

To record games on Amazon Prime Video, follow these simple steps:

  1. Log into your Amazon Prime Video account.
  2. Go to the “Thursday Night Football” page.
  3. Click the button “Record Thursday Night Football”.

From there, you’ll have access to all of Amazon Prime Video’s DVR features, and you’ll even be able to set it to record every single Thursday Night Football game of the season, if that’s what you’re looking to do.

Once you’ve recorded a game, you’ll be able to rewind, pause and fast-forward all you like. If a game is playing live, you’ll be able to rewind all the way to the beginning at any point.
