Does STARZ have a knowledge base?
STARZ has an extremely limited knowledge base through its FAQ page. That page only covers basic information on several topics, including:
- Support contact
- Free trials
- Device support
- Billing
- Login and account usage
- Newsletter
If you need more extensive information about the company’s services, you won’t find it through the FAQ page. Instead, you’ll likely need to search the web for more detailed articles.
Does STARZ offer direct customer support?
