Quibi doesn’t launch until April 2020. But you may be wondering if Quibi is available on Xbox One. Will you be able to watch Quibi on your gaming console when it comes out? Find out below.
Quibi Is Not Available On Xbox One
Quibi (short for “Quick Bites”) is a new, mobile-focused entry into the “streaming wars.” It will launch in April 2020. But unlike other streaming services, it’s exclusive to mobile devices. It content will be optimized for tablets and smartphones running iOS and Android.
You will be able to watch its short (10 minutes or less) content in either landscape or portrait mode. The whole idea of Quibi is that it’s the perfect streaming service to watch when you’re on the go.
For this reason, Quibi is not available on Xbox One, or any other streaming platform, for that matter. You can only watch it on iOS and Android – that’s it.
Will Quibi Ever Add Xbox One Support?
No. It’s highly unlikely that Quibi, with its mobile-first design philosophy, will ever release support for the Xbox One. Supporting a living room gaming console doesn’t make any sense for the company, which has repeatedly touted its mobile exclusivity to the press.
