Pure Flix offers a few avenues for customer support. Some areas are a bit lacking, but you’ll be able to get customer support for both technical and other service issues. Let’s Pure Flix customer support in more detail.

Does Pure Flix Have a Knowledge Base?
Pure Flix has somewhat limited customer service, but it does have a knowledge base. Through the Pure Flix knowledge base, you’ll find:
- Support contact information
- FAQs
- How-to guides
- Supported device information
- Account management information
- Service-related articles for troubleshooting common issues
There’s more specific technical and account information in the support documents as well. Pure Flix designed its knowledge base to cover fairly common questions associated with the service, from sign-up to account usage.
Does Pure Flix Offer Direct Customer Support?
Pure Flix originally offered only phone and email support. As of 2022, you can use either chat support (the fastest option) or choose to talk on the phone with the Pure Flix customer service number.
Chat support is by far the better option. You’ll just need to make sure you utilize it during the official business hours, 8 AM to 8 PM EST, Monday through Friday. There’s a quick-access chat button at the bottom right of the Pure Flix customer support page.
Phone support is also efficient, but much slower. It’s also only available from 8 AM to 8 PM EST, Monday through Friday. The phone support can also help you create a support ticket so that they can contact you by email later regarding your service. To contact phone support, call 1-855-797-9690.
