Get Self-Help With CuriosityStream
If you just have a basic question that you need to be answered, you can use the blue Help button on the bottom-right of the screen, as seen in the below screenshot.

Clicking this button will bring up a self-service menu. Enter a keyword about what you need help with, like Billing and you can see a list of the most common questions related to it.

If you can’t find the topic you need help about, you can click the Leave us a message button.

Then, just enter your name, you email, your question, and any relevant attachments, if necessary. Someone from the CuriosityStream support team will get back to you as soon as they can.
