CBS All Access is your one-stop-shop for CBS shows, but if you’ve exhausted the content, it may be time to hit cancel. For those who want to know how to cancel your CBS All Access account, this guide will guide you through the process.
How to Cancel Your CBS All Access Subscription
You can easily cancel your CBS All Access subscription from any device, but we recommend doing it from a desktop or laptop computer, as apps sometimes offer a limited view of your subscription settings.
1. Click on your initials on the top right, then “Account”

2. Under “SUBSCRIPTION & BILLING” click on “Cancel Subscription”

3. If you don’t want the one-month free option, click “No Thanks” in the pop-up

4. Click the “I understand…” box, and then click “Yes, cancel my subscription”

5. Select your reason for cancellation, then confirm your cancellation

Can I restart my CBS All Access subscription later?
CBS All Access will keep your account open until the end of the billing cycle, or until the end of the free trial period. After that, you can still log in to renew your account, but you will no longer be billed or have access to its streams and on-demand content.
Are there are any good CBS All Access alternatives?
CBS All Access offers you a good mix of on-demand content and live content from CBS. If you want a larger selection of content, however, you may want to consider options such as fuboTV, Philo, Hulu + Live TV, YouTube TV, AT&T TV Now, or Peacock.
