Most of the entries help explain what Sundance Now is all about and how to begin, manage and cancel your subscription. Other entries help troubleshoot specific device issues or common streaming glitches.
Does Sundance Now offer direct customer support?
If the answers in the Sundance Now Knowledge Base don’t resolve your particular issue, then you can get support from Sundance Now directly. The support site lets you create a support ticket which gets routed to a support representative. You can track the status of your support ticket from the Support Center’s website.
The apps do not include an option for opening support tickets. Instead, the apps provide the Sundance Now Support Center’s email address.
