Paramount+ is one of the most popular streaming services out there. It offers a ton of original content from Paramount and CBS, including shows and movies. And recently, the service was upgraded to include 18 of its own unique live channels.
What are the Paramount+ channels and what can you watch on them? And how much does Paramount+ cost? This guide will cover all of the new live channels to watch, as well as other important information about Paramount+.
Paramount+ Prices
If you want to watch Paramount+ live channels, you’ll need to sign up for one of Paramount+ subscription plans. There are two main options to consider:
-
Essential – The Essential plan is the entry-level option for new Paramount+ subscribers. It gives you access to a wide range of programming for a cost of $4.99 per month or $49.99 per year. You will have to watch ads with the Essential plan and you won’t have access to local CBS channels. However, you will get full access to all of the new live channels on Paramount+.
-
Premium – The Premium plan is the next level up from Essential. It costs $9.99 per month, or you can save by paying an annual price of $99.99 instead. With this plan, you get all the channels, plus local CBS channels, sports, and streaming without any ads at all. Premium is therefore a good choice for those who don’t want their shows and films interrupted with ads.
All subscribers have access to live TV channels. So it doesn’t matter whether you opt for Essential or Premium; you’ll still get to watch the new live channels.
