If you want to cancel your CuriosityStream subscription but you’re not sure how, you’re in the right place. In this guide from Flixed, we’ll give you a full walkthrough of the CuriosityStream subscription cancellation process.
How to cancel your CuriosityStream subscription
First, you’ll need to head to the CuriosityStream website and log into your account. First, click your name in the upper-right of the screen and select My Account from the drop-down menu, as seen in the screenshot below.
Then, on the next page, you’ll see a link that says Cancel plan in the Plan Details section, as seen in the below screenshot. Click this link now.
Next, a little window will appear, asking you why you want to cancel. You have to click at least one of these boxes to activate the Cancel Subscription button, but you don’t have to leave any comments.
Click Cancel Subscription and wait for your confirmation, as seen in the below screenshot. You can keep using your account until your remaining subscription time runs out.
That’s it! Cancelling CuriosityStream is quick and easy. And if you ever decide you want to sign up again, all you have to do is sign back into your account and choose a plan and a method of payment.
