Does CuriosityStream come with a DVR?
No, but you don’t need one. CuriosityStream is a VOD (Video On Demand) service like Netflix, not a live TV streaming service like Hulu With Live TV or DirecTV Stream. That means you can always watch the shows and movies you love on-demand, without recording live TV.
Can I watch CuriosityStream offline?
Yes, you just need to download your favorite streams for offline viewing. You just need to click the download button, and it will be saved to your downloads section in your CuriosityStream app. But, keep in mind that you can only save up to 10 hours of downloads.
What if I have CuriosityStream through a third party?
Some services like Sling TV, Amazon Prime Video, and Youtube TV offer CuriosityStream for an additional fee. However, this will not change the fact that there is no DVR. Regardless of how you subscribe, CuriosityStream has no traditional DVR.
