Thank you for the informative article! I have cut the cord and have internet and antenna as my options. I am now concerned how I can best access the to all the live coverage on nbcolympics.com and through the NBC Sports App without cable (or dish). During the 2016 Summer Olympics I watched the coverage almost exclusively through the NBC Sports App on my Ipad, signed in with my cable subscription.
NBC Sports does not work in our area. I have Roku and Sling that is supposed to include it but we can only watch 45 min of a sporting event. Then it wants us to log in. Our internet provider is Spectrum and it seems that is the issue.
