Watch the Milwaukee Brewers on Sling TV

milwaukee brewers online without cable
Source: Sling TV

Sling TV was the cheapest option to watch Milwaukee Brewers live without cable in 2019. In 2019, however, it’s a limited option until Sling TV and Sinclair Broadcasting can work out a licensing agreement.

Sling TV Pricing and Packages

You can get Sling TV through one of three channel packages:

At present, there are no FOX RSNs available through Sling TV. Licensing disagreements between Dish Network (which owns Sling TV) and Sinclair Broadcasting (which owns FOX RSNs) means no agreement for 2019-2020 is set. This may change, so keep Sling TV on your radar.

Until then, you can opt for Sling Blue to get your local FOX network for 3 Brewers games, or Sling Orange to get ESPN.

To learn more about Sling TV pricing, check here.

Sling TV Channels

Sling TV offers a selection of channels between its two packages. With Sling Blue, you’ll get FOX broadcast networks, while Sling Orange features ESPN and Disney Channel. Sling Orange+Blue combines the two at a discount.

To learn more about Sling TV channels, check here.

Sling TV Supported Devices

Through Sling TV, you’ll have supported apps for most devices you may want to use, including iOS and Android mobile devices, Apple TV, Roku, and Amazon Fire TV, among many others.

Watch the Milwaukee Brewers on MLB.TV

For those who live outside of the FOX Sports Wisconsin broadcast region, MLB.TV is probably your best option to stream Milwaukee Brewers games. MLB.TV lets you purchase access to every team’s out-of-market games, or you can purchase access for a single team’s games.

MLB.TV Pricing and Packages

There are two key channel packages (for US and Canadian residents):

  • All Teams: $118.99/year, or $24.99/month for every out-of-market game
  • Single Team: $91.99/year (about $8/month) for every out-of-market game for a single team of your choice

The “Single Team” subscription is the cheapest option and good if you only want Brewers games. However, the “All Teams” option is a great deal to get every out-of-market game for the year.

Blackout rules will apply if you’re in-network, so this is not a good option for Brewers fans who can access FOX Sports Wisconsin through one of the services above.

MLB.TV Features

MLB.TV has some great features. You can watch the action from the pitcher’s perspective, get in-game stats on the screen, stream in HD video, replay live TV, and more.

A large number of apps are also available:

  • Living room devices: MLB.TV app for Apple TV, Amazon Fire TV Sticks and Roku.
  • Smart TVs: MLB.TV app for certain Samsung televisions, Amazon Fire TV, Android TV and Roku TV
  • Mobile devices and tablets: At Bat app for Android, iOS, and Amazon Fire tablets
  • Game consoles: MLB.TV app for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
  • Desktop browsers: Most browsers

Note that there is no free trial and no money-back guarantee with this service, so make sure you’re sure you want to use it before signing up.

Which Channels Can I Use to Watch Milwaukee Brewers Online Without Cable?

The Milwaukee Brewers will be playing 162 games during the regular season, the vast majority of which will be broadcast through the FOX Sports Wisconsin TV network. If you live in Wisconsin, Eastern Minnesota, the Western Upper Peninsula of Michigan, Northwestern Illinois, or Iowa, you can get FOX Sports Wisconsin through one of several low-cost cord-cutting services.

A dozen Brewers games will be broadcast nationally, however, and to get those you’ll need access to:

  • FOX Sports Wisconsin – 158 games
  • ESPN (1 games)
  • Local FOX affiliate – FOX 11 (3 games)

In this case, as well, cord-cutting services will offer most, if not all, of the channels you need to stream Brewers baseball games this year. Services like Hulu with Live TV and AT&T TV Now provide access to nearly every game, while some additional services will feature some, but not all channels you need.
