Pure Flix has somewhat limited customer service, but it does have a knowledge base. Through the Pure Flix knowledge base, you’ll find:

There’s more specific technical and account information in the support documents as well. Pure Flix designed its knowledge base to cover fairly common questions associated with the service, from sign-up to account usage.

Does Pure Flix Offer Direct Customer Support?
Sadly, there’s no direct, online chat system available through Pure Flix. However, you can still contact a real person using two options:
- Email support
- Phone support
From our experience, email support is slow. Pure Flix promises to answer emails within 24-48 hours. That’s a large window of time, and you may end up with a lot of frustrations while you wait for a response.
For faster response, you may want to try phone support. Pure Flix phone support is available Monday through Friday, 7 AM to 5 PM Mountain Time. The phone support can also help you create a support ticket so that they can contact you by email later regarding your service.
