Disney Plus is set to launch in a select few countries before the end of 2019, with a roll-up worldwide by the end of 2021. But which countries will get Disney Plus (Disney+) on its first official launch dates in November 2019?
Where is Disney Plus Available in 2020?
The Disney+ service will launch in the US, Canada, and the Netherlands on November 12, 2019. Technically speaking, Disney launched in the Netherlands on September 12 with a free trial, but that launch excluded the company’s planned original content.
A second launch date is planned for November 19, which will see Australia and New Zealand added to the mix of countries where the service is available.
Beyond that, Disney doesn’t plan to launch its Disney+ streaming service in any more countries until 2020. According to Disney, the new streaming service will be available in the UK and Western Europe by March 2020, Latin America by August 2020, and Asia Pacific and Eastern Europe by September 2021.
What Titles Will Be Available at Launch?

Over 600 Disney-owned movies, TV shows, documentaries and more will be available upon launch. In fact, Disney even released a preview video to showcase the entire launch library. (Be warned: it’s over 3 hours long).
Outside of the previously-released content that Disney is loading up on its Disney+ service, the company is also releasing 50+ original titles within the first year alone. The most anticipated of these is likely to be The Mandalorian, which takes place in the Star Wars universe and follows a lone gunman from the same home planet as Boba Fett and Jango Fett.
Other notable original titles include a live-action version of Lady and the Tramp, a new documentary series featuring Jeff Goldblum called The World According to Jeff Goldblum, and a new series called SparkNotes featuring original short animations from up-and-coming producers.

Will Some Countries Have Exclusive Content
Licensing agreements and other roadblocks means Disney may not be able to offer the same exact library in every country. However, with all likelihood, you’ll find all of the same TV shows and movies in each country. The Disney+ original content, including The Mandalorian, will probably be available everywhere, as well.
