Does Disney+ Have a Knowledge Base?

When Disney+ launched, it already had a well-documented knowledge base that answers most people’s general questions. At the top of the screen, you have the option to enter a question directly or dive into specific categories.

The Disney Bundle category answers questions from people subscribing to the Disney+/ESPN+/Hulu combined subscription. Update Billing explains how to change credit card numbers if you subscribed directly. It also links to the Google Play and Apple App Store for people who used in-app purchases. 

Kids Profile walks you through the steps of setting up parental controls. This limits viewing to content rated in the United States at TV-7FV and G, although some PG content may also appear. If something is incorrect or missing in the help section, you can also Give Feedback.
