If you want an alternative to DirecTV Now’s free Apple TV 4K bundle, you can opt for a Roku Streaming Stick instead.
Unlike the Apple TV 4K deal, you’ll only have to prepay 1 month (as opposed to 4) in order to receive the streaming stick. The offer is valid for any DirecTV Now plan, including the cheapest one, “Live a Little”, which offers 60+ channels for $35/month.
Roku’s also throwing in some additional goodies for any Roku customers that activate their device by January 7, 2018. 3 months of British streaming service Acorn TV, kids streaming service Hopster and Nature, a documentary streaming service Love Nature are all included in the package.
The Roku Streaming Stick currently retails for $39.99 on both Amazon and the Roku website.
