When Was the Last Time AT&T TV Now Raised Its Prices?

AT&T TV Now raised its prices in October 2019. The cost of the Plus package jumped to $65/month, and the cost of the Max package increased to $80/month.

Before this, the last time that AT&T TV Now raised its price was in early 2019. At this time, it raised the prices for all of its existing packages by between $20-$30 and renamed them all. Previously, the “Entertainment,” “Choice,” “Xtra” and “Ultimate” packages had different names.

At the same time, it introduced the “Plus” and “Max” packages, which provide fewer channels than the previous lowest-cost packages, but cost $10 and $15/month more, respectively.

Before this, AT&T TV Now was steadily raising prices over the few years since it launched, with a $5 price hike about every year. This latest price hike has been the most dramatic by far, and could be contributing to the rapid subscriber loss that AT&T TV Now is experiencing.

Does AT&T TV Now Have Any Paid Add-Ons?

Yes. You can add a few premium channels to AT&T TV Now for an additional fee, like Showtime, STARZ, and some Spanish and international channels. You can also pay a $5/monthly fee to raise your simultaneous streaming limit to 3, instead of the default 2 simultaneous streams.

Does AT&T TV Now Have Extra Hidden Fees?

No. Unlike its satellite counterpart DirecTV, AT&T TV Now has no hidden fees like cancellation fees, equipment fees, or satellite fees. You won’t have to worry about paying any hidden costs when you subscribe, which may make this a more appealing option for some TV subscribers.

Does AT&T TV Now Offer a Free Trial for New Users?

Yes. You can sign up for a free 7-day trial through AT&T TV Now, and try it out for yourself to see if you like the service. To do so, you just need to visit its website, sign up, choose your package, and provide a valid credit card.
