Apple has long offered extensive self-help online resources for its products and services. That includes for Apple TV+. You can find the knowledge base by going to the “Support” link at the bottom of the page when logged into your Apple TV+ account.
To get to the knowledge base, scroll down to where you see “search support”. From there, enter the question you want to ask to help troubleshoot your problem.
Note that the knowledge base is shared with Apple’s Apple TV service, which is a separate service from Apple TV. Most of the information in the knowledge base is related to Apple TV and not Apple TV+.
